PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free delivery on all orders over $80 AUD.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

DELAYS
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience.
