Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our returns policy:

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at support@glowdealsbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
